摘要
科普与民主政治文化同是具有进步意义的次文化领域,相互之间具有一定的交叉和共通性。其中的民众主体性、公共参与性、思维开放性、气质内塑性和制度规范性使得民族地区农民科普对乡村民主政治文化建设具有激发民众主体意识、培养民众参与习惯、创新民主思维方式、内塑民众民主气质、完善制度文化体系等价值,并通过科普性质、科普政策、科普制度、科普活动、科普方式、科普精神等转化为民众的心理,进而构建了乡村民主政治文化。
The popularization of science and democratic political culture weight equally in the field of sub - culture, that＇ s to say, they have some features in common. Both of them are public -focused, institutionally normative, and open -minded, who, at the same time encourage the public participation, and build the temperament within the public. These features make the popularization of science in the rural minority contribute to the rural democratic political culture construction in the following ways： improve the public participation and innovation, inspire the the consciousness of their decisive function in the national politics, cultivate the temperament within the public and improve the institutional culture system, etc. And, at the same time these values can switch into the social psychology of the people by the way of the popularization of science nature, science policy, science system, science activities, and science spirit, which, constitute the culture of the rural democratic political system.
