摘要
某铅锌矿选矿废水成分复杂,含有多种重金属离子、多种残余选矿药剂,废水中SS、CODcr、pH、Pb2+、Zn2+等指标超标。直接回用对选矿指标影响很大,直接排放会对生态环境产生很大的影响和污染。试验依据该选矿废水特点和选矿工艺要求,采用"混凝沉淀—酸碱中和—氧化—澄清"的废水处理工艺,对该选矿废水进行治理,处理水水质达到污水综合排放标准一级标准。通过对选矿药剂制度的创新和选矿工艺的优化,选矿废水处理后成功地进行了回用,实现了零排放。
A complex lead - zinc dressing wastewater has a complicated composition, and variety of heavy metal ions are out of limits such as Pb^2+ and Zn^2+ ,and rich variety of residual mineral processing reagents, SS, CODcr and pH are over - standard. Direct recycling of dressing wastewater has a great influence on dressing indexes, and direct emis- sion will make a serious impact and contamination on environment. According to the characteristics of dressing wastewater and the requirements of mineral processing, experiment was adopted with the following process to dispose the dressing wastewater - "coagulation precipitate - acid - base neutralization - oxidation - clarifying". Quality of processing water reaches primary standard in the integrated wastewater discharge. Then dressing wastewater by the in- novation of mineral processing reagents and the optimization of dressing process was successfully reused, and realized the zero discharge.
