摘要
某矿业公司金矿选厂尾矿库溢流水有害杂质和悬浮物含量大大超过国家污水综合排放一级标准,污水处理工艺原来采用常规的控制方法,药剂耗量大,运行成本高。为此,采用基于PLC的模糊控制器对控制系统进行改造,取得了较好的控制效果,药剂费用比原来减少约34%,显著降低了污水处理成本,而且尾矿库溢流水经过处理后,外观清澈透明,有害杂质和悬浮物含量远远低于污水综合排放标准国家一级标准。
The content of harmful impurities and suspended solids in the overflow of the railings reservoir of a gold concentrator greatly exceeded the national Class 1 Standards for integrated wastewater discharge. The control method of the wastewater treatment process originally adopted was a common one characterized by large reagent consumption and high operation cost. For this, the control system was transformed by PLC-based fuzzy controller, which achieved good control effect, with a reagent cost reduction of about 34%, thus remarkably decreasing the treatment cost. In addition, the tailings overflow has become clear and transparent after the treatment, with the content of harmful impurities and suspended solids far below thai specified in national Class 1 standards for integrated wastewater discharge.
