MAGE-3在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及对转移、预后的影响

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中黑色素瘤抗原-3(MAGE-3)的表达水平与NSCLC转移、预后之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化LSAB法检测74例NSCLC和15例癌旁组织中MAGE-3的表达水平。结果 NSCLC组织中MAGE-3的表达水平均显著高于癌旁肺组织(P<0.05)。MAGE-3在肺腺癌中的表达水平显著高于肺鳞癌(P<0.05)。MAGE-3阳性组的复发、转移率高于阴性组,但P>0.05。腺癌中不同MAGE-3表达组间复发、转移率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测NSCLC中MAGE-3的表达水平有助于预测肺癌的预后,指导肺癌的多学科综合治疗。 Objective To study the relationship between expression of melanoma antigen-3 ( MAGE-3 ) and metastasis,prognosis in patients with lung cancer. Methods The expression of MAGE-3 in 74 non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) tissues and 15 adjacent non-cancerous lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry LSAB method. Results The expression of MAGE-3 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous lung tissues ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of MAGE-3 in adenocarci- noma was significanty higher than of that in squamous cell carcinomas ( P 〈 005 ). The metastasis, prognosis rates (DFS ) in patients with lung cancer and MAGE-3 expression was higher than that in not MAGE-3 expression group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The difference of metasta- sis,prognosis rates in adenocarcinoma group with different expression of MAGE-3 was significantly. Conclusion Detection of the MAGE-3 expression in lung cancer was helpful in predicting prognosis of lung cancer and guiding the multimodality therapy for lung cancer.
