摘要 番茄斑萎病毒属于布尼亚病毒科番茄斑萎病毒属。由于其广泛的寄主范围和造成的巨大经济损失,番茄斑萎病毒已被列为世界危害最大的十种植物病毒之一。对番茄斑萎病毒进行有效检测是防治该病毒的重要措施。综述了番茄斑萎病毒的检测技术及其发展趋势。 Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), which belongs to the Bunyaviridae family, has been regarded as one of the ten most important plant viruses in the world for its wide host range and its huge economic loss during agricultural produc- tion. To detecting TSWV effectively is an important measure for controlling the widely spread of TSWV. Therefore, here an overview on detecting techniques for TSWV and their developing trend was conducted.
