摘要 主要介绍了酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)、快速免疫滤纸测定法(RIPA)、胶体金标记、免疫毛细区带电泳(I-CZE)等血清学方法和PCR、分子烽火、实时RT-PCR、核酸杂交技术和PCR-微量板杂交技术等分子生物学方法的原理及特点,并重点介绍了近年发展起来的I-CZE、分子烽火和实时RT-PCR等病毒检测技术。
