摘要
KCNQ基因(KCNQ1~5)编码的电压门控型Kv7钾离子通道广泛存在于心肌细胞(Kv 7.1)和神经系统(Kv 7.2~7.5),在调节神经兴奋性和心肌动作电位方面发挥着重要的作用。近来,KCNQ基因被发现高表达于血管平滑肌细胞并在调节血管收缩中发挥着重要的作用。该文将对目前Kv7钾离子通道在血管平滑肌细胞中的表达、功能及Kv7钾离子通道开放剂对高血压的潜在治疗作用的证据进行总结。
Voltage-gated Kv7 K+ channels encoded by the KCNQ gene family(KCNQ 1~5) were prevalently expressed in the cardiac muscle(Kv 7.1) and nervous system(Kv 7.2~7.5),which play a key role in controlling cardiac action potential and neuronal excitability.Recently,KCNQ genes have been identified highly expressed in multiple vascular smooth muscles and suggested to play an important role in regulating vasoconstriction.This review summarizes the present understanding of Kv7 channels in vascular smooth muscles and the potential therapeutic effect of Kv7 channel openers on hypertension.
