摘要
本文旨在研发一种阀门阀位的反馈校验装置,包括机架、定位夹、连杆、标尺、电动泵和电流表等。利用本装置可对阀位反馈作单体校验,解决针对反馈设备联动校验和人员手动拉伸连杆等校验方法精准度差的技术难题,保证反馈的准确性,消除由于阀位不准而给安全生产和设备运行带来的隐患。该项方案已经在宝钢电厂1号机A修时得到充分实践,并获得了成功,解决了调试过程中人力、环境、干扰等多项问题。
This paper aims to develop a valve check valve position feedback device which is composed of the rack,po- sitioning folder, connecting rod,bars,electric pumps and ammeter.This device can correct valve position feedback by single check and help the personnel manually check the tensile rod calibration methods to resolve the linkage of feedback devices and ensure the accuracy of the feedback,eliminate the hidden safety problems in production and equipment running.The program has completed a full practice in the A overhaul of the 1st set in BaoSteel power plant and has achieved a success,with the result of resolving the problems triggered by human,environmental factors during the debugging process.
