摘要
针对传统的电动执行机构的伺服放大器存在可靠性差的缺点,提出了一种利用DCS实现的伺服放大器控制系统。该系统除了具有常规伺服放大器的功能以外还可以自动判断执行机构的状态,在发生固态继电器击穿或者阀位反馈信号品质坏时能够使电动执行机构保持在原位置以防止事故的扩大化。
In the light of reliability defects of the servo amplifier of the conventional electric mechanism, a new servo control system formed by DCS is advanced. The system can decide the status of the actuator automatically and keep the valve from moving to prevent the accident spreading when the relay breaks down or feedback signal quality of valve position deteriorates excepting normal functions.
