摘要
我们以提高教学质量为目的,探索分析化学反应工程的研究方法,得出数学模型方法,串联过程中以速率控制步骤为主的简化方法、物料和能量衡算中非线性问题的线性化处理方法、利用量纲为一的参数分析计算复杂过程的方法、解决复杂问题时先分解后综合的方法、理论推演与实验结合的方法等都在化学反应工程研究中普遍应用,我们将这些方法重点介绍给学生,取得了良好的学习效果。
To improve the teaching quality, the research methods of Chemical Reaction Engineering are analyzed. Many methods such as the mathematical model method, a simpiified method of rate control in series connection process, linearization treatment method of nonlinear problems in material and energy balance, dimension analysis method of calculating the complex process, decomposition plus comprehen- sive method of complex problem, combination method of theoretical derivation and experiment and so on are widely used in the study of Chemical Reaction Engineering. And good teaching effects are aQhieved by introducing these methods to the students.
