国外高校教学质量影响因素的研究动态及其反思 被引量:15

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,国外学者在高等教育质量保障运动的推动下,开始着眼于较小的选题对教学质量影响因素开展了一系列深入和切合实际的研究,这些因素研究渗透着生本理念,关注学生的满意度、经历和体验;重视学生学习方式转变和环境营造;探究课程开发和课堂教学效果及其相关因素;以及从微观层面对高校教学质量保障体系进行研究。对我国学校具有学术和实践借鉴意义。
