摘要
船舶碰撞事故是航行安全的首害,由船舶碰撞引起的经济损失、人员伤亡、环境污染等危害也相当巨大。文章以Visual FroPox9.0为开发平台,设计并实现了船舶碰撞案例数据库,并将本数据库应用在案例教学和司法实践中。
Collision accidents of ships are the most serious dangers for navigation and they can cause large losses for economy, people＇s lives and environmental pollutions. This paper takes Visual FroPox9.0 as its development platform, designs and realizes the database for collision accidents of ships and applies it into the teaching processes and judicial practices.
