摘要
对全国20余所不同类型高校的2570名毕业生的网络问卷调查表明,86%的大学生有实习经历,超过40%的大学生在开始求职后1个月内找到了工作,52%的大学生对就业结果不太满意。据此建议大学生毕业生应有选择性地参加实习实践,加强自我和职业探索,树立正确的就业观念,努力实现人职匹配。
An Internet -based Questionnaire Survey of 2570 graduates from 20 different colleges and universities of different type shows that 86% of them did an internship, more than 40% were able to land a job within a month from the day they started looking and 52% were not satisfied with their employment situation. It follows that college graduates should selectively participate in internship and social practice, extend their self- exploration and career exploration, form correct employment ideas and try hard to achieve person- position fit.
