摘要
独立学院是我国高等教育办学机制创新改革的一项重大突破，在我国高等教育体系占有了特殊的地位。由于独立学院的特殊性，其教学目的以培养应用型人才为目标。毕业实习是高校实践教学的重要环节，也是提高高校毕业生实际工作能力的重要途径，对于独立学院毕业生就业更具有现实意义。本文基于独立院校的实际，对独立院校毕业生实习工作提出些许意见和建议。
Independent college is a significant breakthrough in the innovation of our higher education running mechanism. And it holds on to a very special place in the Higher Education System. Owing to this peculiarity, its objective is to make applied talents of students. The graduate practice is not only the important chain of higher education teaching practice, but also the important approach to improve the graduates＇ ability. And it has more actual significance to the graduates from independent colleges. This paper will give some opinions and proposals on the graduate practice work according to the reality in independent colleges.
