漳州血柚皮水溶性多糖的水提工艺 被引量:2

摘要 以漳州血柚皮为原料,采用热浸提法对血柚皮水溶性多糖进行提取,并以苯酚—硫酸法测定水溶性多糖提取率.分别对料液比、回流温度、回流时间进行单因素和正交试验,并通过极差、方差分析对显著影响提取率的因素进行统计分析.结果表明:热浸提取血柚皮中水溶性多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶35,回流温度85℃,回流时间2.5 h,该工艺条件下血柚皮水溶性多糖的提取率可达16.27%. The water soluble polysaccharides of blood pummelo peel was carried out by hot water extraction,and the extraction yield was measured by coloration method with phenol-sulfuric acid.The effects of parameters including material-to-liquid ratio,reflux temperature,reflux time on extraction yield were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal array design methods.And the notability difference was analyzed with the statistic method of range and variance.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:the material-to-liquid ratio was 1:35,the reflux temperature was 85 ℃ and the reflux time was 2.5 h.The extraction yield of the water soluble polysaccharides of blood pummelo peel was reached up to 16.27%.
