摘要
目前高职院校的行业英语教学存在学生基础薄弱、教师知识结构不全面、课程设置不合理和教材滞后等问题,影响了行业英语人才的培养。实践探索中发现,从实行分层次教学、加强师资队伍建设、合理安排授课教师和适当选择教材几个方面入手,进行改革,可以很好地改善行业英语教学中存在的问题,提高行业英语人才培养效果。
At present, there are some problems in the teaching of industry English in higher vocational college, such as the poor English levels of the students, the teachers＇ lacking of knowledge structure, the unreasonable course arrangement and the outdated textbooks. It finds that the reform can effectively improve the existing problems in the teaching of industry English and increase the effect of talents＇ training for industry English from practical exploration, including the implementation of teaching in different levels, the enforcement of construction for teaching staff, the reasonable arrangement of teachers and appropriate choice of teaching materials.
