摘要
以三聚氰胺、硫脲、甲醛、正硅酸乙酯为原料,以P123(EO20PO70EO20)为模板剂,一步合成了一系列新型的三聚氰胺-甲醛-硫脲树脂(MFT)/SBA-15复合材料,并考察了其对水溶液中Au(Ⅲ)的吸附性能.在相同吸附条件下,实验结果表明优化的复合材料、MFT树脂、机械混合的MFT树脂与SBA-15和纯硅SBA-15对Au(Ⅲ)的吸附量分别为2.84、0.65、0.59、0.11 mmol/g.这说明SBA-15与MFT树脂的复合极大提高了MFT树脂对金的吸附性能.此外,还研究了原料配比、时间、pH、温度对吸附的影响以及该吸附过程的动力学和热力学行为.
A series of novel mesoporous melamineformaldehydethiourea (MFT) resin/SBA15 composite materials were synthesized via a onepot process by using melamine, thiourea, formaldehyde and tetraethyl orthosilicate as starting materials and P123(EO20PO70EO20) as template and the relevant performances of the resultant composite materials in adsorption of Au(Ⅲ) were investigated. It was found that, under the same adsorption conditions, the Au adsorption capacities measured for the composite material prepared using optimum parameters, MFT resin, the mixture of MFT resin and SBA15, and siliceous SBA15 were 2.84, 0.65, 0.59, and 0.11 mmol/g, respectively, indicating that the combination of MFT resin with SBA-15 leads to a great improvement in adsorption of Au species in comparison with pristine MFT resin. Moreover, the effects of the proportion of the starting materials in preparing the composite materials, adsorption time, adsorption pH value, and adsorption temperature on adsorption of Au species and relevant adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics were reported.
