摘要
平板对接焊接因其受力合理,得到广泛应用。依据叠加原理,采用运动高斯热源模型进行有限元分析,模拟X70管线钢焊接过程。平板对接焊缝焊接残余应力对称分布,焊缝及其附近区域为残余拉应力,最大残余应力接近于屈服应力,随着离焊缝距离的增加,拉应力急剧下降并转为压应力。焊接变形对称分布,最大值出现在过热区,整体变形较小。
Plate butt welding is widely used because of its reasonable stress. Based on the superposition principle, using the moving Gauss heat source model for finite element analysis, the welding process of plate butt for X70 pipeline steel was simulated. The welding residual stress of plate butt distributes symmetrically, the residual stress of weld seam and nearby approaches to tensile stress, the maximum stress is similar to the yield stress. Along with the increase of distance from the weld, the tensile stress sharply declines and turns into compressive stress. The welding deformation distributes symmetrically and the maximum value appears in the overheated zone, the overall deformation is small.
