约束条件对奥氏体不锈钢对接接头残余应力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了准确评价奥氏体不锈钢的焊接残余应力,采用X射线衍射法进行应力测试,并通过对等强度梁应力的X射线测试,得出316L奥氏体不锈钢测试的最优参数。使用该测试参数对两种约束条件下的奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头残余应力进行测试。结果表明:使用X射线衍射法测量奥氏体不锈钢残余应力,应以(311)晶面为衍射晶面,且Mn靶的测试效果优于Cr靶。两种不同约束条件下纵向残余应力沿横向和纵向的分布情况相同,但预置反变形的纵向拉、压应力值均大于背板约束的纵向拉、压应力。横向残余应力沿横向随距焊缝距离的增加变化趋势有所不同。随距焊缝的距离增加,反变形条件下横向残余应力逐渐恢复至初始状态,而背板约束时仍保留一定的残余拉应力。横向残余应力沿纵向的分布趋势相同。 In order to accurately measure the residual stress of austenitic stainless steel welded joint, the stress was tested by using X-ray diffraction method. The optimal parameters for residual stress measurement of 316L stainless steel were obtained through the X-ray diffraction stress measurement of equal-strength beam specimen, and the residual stresses of austenitic stainless steel welded joints under different constraints were measured by using the optimal parameters. The results show that when using X-ray diffraction method for the test of austenitic stainless steel residual stress, it should be based on the (311) crystal plane as diffraction crystal surface, and the effect of Mn target is better than that of Cr target. The distribution of longitudinal residual stress along the transverse and longitudinal directions is same under the two different constraints, while the longitudinal tensile, compressive residual stress values under presetting anti-defomaation are bigger than those under back plate constraint. The distribution of transverse residual stress along the transverse direction with the increase of the distance from welding seam is differets. With the increase of distance from welding seam, the transeverse residual stress gradually restores to initial state under anti-deformation condition, while under back plate constraint condition, it still has certain tensile residual stress. The distribution of transverse residual stress along the longitudinal direction is same.
