摘要 等离子体弯曲成形技术能应用于高硬和脆性板材的弯曲成形。在等离子体电弧直线扫描金属板材弯曲成形时,发现板材弯曲后形成的棱边出现翘曲和弯曲角随扫描路径变化现象,即棱边效应,棱边效应会降低工件的成形精度,导致工件不能满足装配精度要求和使用寿命缩短。为了揭示棱边效应产生的原因和成形规律,实验研究了棱边效应的成形规律,并建立了板材等离子体弯曲成形的数值模型。根据计算结果对棱边效应的成形机理进行了深入分析,这能为后续优化成形工艺和减缓棱边效应对成形精度的影响提供理论依据。 Plasma bending forming technology can be used for plate forming of the hard and brittle materials. In the forming process of plasma scanning a metal plate along a straight line, it was found that the edges of the plate after forming arose warping and the bending angle varied along the scanning path. This phenomena is defined as edge effect, which will affect the accuracy of forming, and the workpiece can not satisfy the requirements of the assembly accuracy and even shorten the service life. In order to reveal the mechanism of forming regularity of the edge effects, the forming regularity of the edge effects was studied by experiment and a numerical model of plasma bending forming was established. According to the calculation results, the forming mechanism of the edge effect was analyzed deeply. These can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the forming process and reducing the effect of the edge effect on the forming accuracy.
