摘要
研究了采用预先渗碳,再进行碳氮共渗的组合式化学热处理工艺(简称“组合渗碳 碳氮共渗”)对重荷载、中等冲击、中高速场合下工作的零件处理后的渗层组织、浓度梯度、疲劳等性能的影响.结果表明,此工艺具有处理温度低、渗速快、渗碳层和碳氮共渗层厚度可按比例调整等优点,同时能有效抑制单一渗碳和单一碳氮共渗中易产生的组织缺陷,渗层浓度梯度和硬度梯度平缓,渗层与基体结合强度较高、表面残余应力高,综合机械性能好.
The method is probed that the process of heat treatment of precementation and then carbonitiriding(In a word:combinatorial cementation and carbonitiriding ) affects the heavy load,medium shock and penetrated organization after treatment working in mediumhigh speed,density gradient and function of treating temperature.The result shows that the method has the advantages of quick speed of seeping and adjusting the binary seeping thickness according to the rate.Meanwhile,it can efficiently restrain organized defect of single seeping.As a consquence,the density gradient and hardness gradient are smooth;the combinational degree of seeping layer and body is high and the strength of the remains on the surface is strong as well as the comprehensive function of machine is excellent.
