摘要
针对西部欠发达省区农业科学院图书馆查新咨询服务工作面临的信息源和人才队伍建设方面的突出问题,以及用户对查新咨询服务工作不断提高的质量要求,探讨如何通过信息资源、人才资源和信息咨询服务成果资源共享和加强和规范查新咨询服务行业的管理,开辟提高西部欠发达省区农业科学院图书馆查新咨询服务能力和水平的新途径。
in face of the information and talents issues for the novelty search and consulting service in the libraries of the agriculture academy in China＇ s western regions, this paper gives a deep analysis on new counter-measures to enhance the novelty search capability in these libraries by resource sharing on information, talents as well as achievements, so as to meet increasing demand on better novelty search.
