摘要 如同人体其他系统,皮肤的内在老化也是不可避免的。此外,紫外线辐射诱发的氧化应激状态构成了皮肤的光老化,在皮肤老化的外因中起主要作用,抗氧化成了缓解皮肤外在老化的主要环节。辅酶Q10一直以来主要用于维护心血管系统的健康,基于其抗氧化和抗炎活性,近年来逐渐应用在皮肤的健康领域。 Like other systems of the body, skin inevitably suffers from intrinsic ageing. In addition, ultraviolet radiation-induced oxidative stress plays a determinant role in extrinsic skin ageing. Therefore, counteracting oxidative stress is the key to alleviating extrinsic skin ageing. Coenzyme Q10 has been mainly used in the improvement of cardiovascular function. Recently, because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, coenzyme Q10 has been attempted to slow down skin ageing process.
