摘要
目的:研究未纯化精氨酸果糖苷急性毒理。方法:60只小鼠随机分为3组,每组20只,雌雄各半,以最大浓度、最大容量灌胃给药,24h内给药4次,观察7天内小鼠的毒性反应及死亡情况,记录各组小鼠症状。结果:小鼠无死亡,未纯化精氨酸果糖苷无明显急性毒性反应。
Objective : To observe the toxicological reaction of the water extracts from AF by using mice as experimental subjects in the toxicological study. Methods: The mice were repeated intragastric admi- nis tration 4 times in 24 hours with the largest dosage and consistency. Continue observing 7 days to re- cord mice's signs and examine biochemical indicators. Results: All no toxic reaction. Conclusion: The water extracted from AF has no side -effects. the mice were in good health and significant acute toxic effects and
