摘要
为筛选阿维菌素降解菌以提供农药污染物修复的依据,利用富集培养法从长期施用阿维菌素农药的土壤中分离得到1株阿维菌素降解菌,标记为AW1-12。采用高效液相色谱法对该菌株的阿维菌素降解能力进行测定。结果表明:当接种量为2.5%时,该菌株在含100 mg/L的阿维菌素无机盐基础培养液中,30℃,150 r/min,pH=7的条件下摇床培养9 d后,对阿维菌素的降解率达80%,而第6天为菌株的最佳培养时间。根据形态、生理生化和16S rRNA序列分析,初步鉴定菌株AW1-12为Ochrobactrumhaematophilum AW1-12。
In order to screen avermectin-degrading bacterium, so as to provide a basis for repairing the soil pesticide pollutants, art avermec-tin-degrading bacterium named AWl-12 was isolated from a soil in which avermeetin was used for a long time by enrichment culture. Aver-mectin-degradation ratio of the strain was tested by high performance liquid chromatography method. The results indicated that the AVM-de-grading rate was up to 80 % on the condition of 100 mg/L AVM, pH = 7, 30 ℃ and shaking culture with 150 r/min after 9 and 6 d was the best culturing time. The strain AWl-12 was identified as Ochrobactrum haanatophilum AW1-12 based on the morphological, physiobiochem- ical and analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequence.
