摘要
为明确6.8%阿维菌素.噻螨酮乳油对柑橘红蜘蛛的毒力及田间最适使用浓度,采用浸叶饲养法测定了6.8%阿维菌素.噻螨酮乳油对柑橘红蜘蛛的毒力,并进行田间药效试验。结果表明,该药剂对柑橘红蜘蛛具有较高毒力,药后48 h,LC50为2.11 mg/L。田间试验结果显示,6.8%阿维菌素.噻螨酮乳油对柑橘红蜘蛛药效高,持效期长,药后7 d防效仍在90%以上,可以在柑橘果园推广应用。使用浓度在3 000倍液左右。
The indoor toxicity and field control effect of 6.8% Abamectin-Hexythiazox emulsifiable solution against Panonychus citri were determined to study its toxicity and optimum application concentration in field.The results showed that LC50 of 6.8% Abamectin-Hexythiazox with high toxicity against Panonychus citri was 2.11mg/L in 48h after spraying,and the effect of controlling Panonychus citri was above 90% in 7d after spraying.Therefore,6.8% Abamectin-Hexythiazox should be used in citrus orchards.
