摘要
通过硬度、冲击韧性、抗拉强度、屈服强度以及金相等分析,研究了热处理工艺对模具材料H13钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:H13钢经过预热处理后进行(1030~1050)℃×1 d淬火,油冷,再进行(600~620)℃×1.5 d二次回火,可使硬度达到大型挤压模具设计要求(44~46)HRC,其组织更加稳定均匀,综合性能更佳。
Through the hardness, impact toughness, tensile strength, yield strength and metallographic analyses, we research the effects of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of die material H13 steel. The results indicate that H13 steel can make the hardness meet large extrusion die design requirement(44-46) HRC after pre-heating quenching at (1030 -1050)℃×1d, oil cooling and twice tempering at (600×620)℃×1.5 d, and the microstructure is more uniform and stabile, and the comprehensive properties is optimum.
