摘要
本文通过对西方企业制度的变迁和国有企业改革现状的考察 ,认为 :在所有制层面上 ,“个人所有制”是一种能与现代企业制度相融合的公有制类型 ,它能解决国有产权制度的诸多弊端 ,有利于建立界定清晰的排它性产权 ;在经济运行的中观层面上 ,生产要素市场的充分发育和完善是现代企业制度有效运行的基本保障 ;在经济运行的微观层次上 ,规范化的法人治理结构是将现代企业制度的高效率最终落到实处的关键。
After studing the enterprises system of werstern countries and observing the status of state -owned enterprises,the anthors hold that individual ownership is a kind of public ownership that can merge the system of modern enterprises in the aspects of owrership,and can be used to solve many corrupt practices of system of state -owned enterprises,and be advantageous to setting and defining clear the exclusiveness property right .In macro-econmy,developent and perfection of the market of produetion factors is essential secure of effective operation of modern enterprises' system .In micro economy,legal person governing structure of standardization is the key to making high efficiency of modern enterprises workable.
