摘要
本文根据蜗壳、座环应力计算和实测资料,进行了系统而大量的有限元分析,得出了符合实际情况的力学模型,提高了计算精度,满足了大型机组的设计要求。又在深入研究一些主要因素相互影响的基础上,提出了大型水电机组有关构件联合承载的新建议。
According to stress calculations and measurements data of spiral cases and stay rings, systematic and numerous finite elements analyses were done. As a result, a practical mechanics model was obtained , to improve the calculation accuracy and to meet the design requirements of large units. Research on the interference of some major factors was made, and some recommendations for these jointly loaded structural parts are given for designing.
