摘要
针对风机基础设计中的缺陷及存在安全隐患问题,以辉腾锡勒风电场风力发电机组为例,引入基础混凝土与塔架基础钢环、地基之间的非线性接触,构建了风机基础结构的三维有限元模型,分析了极限与正常两种工况下风机基础的受力特征、规律及接触状态。结果表明,符合风机基础受力结构响应,方法合理。
Aiming at the defects and potential safety hazard in design of wind turbine generator foundation, taking the wind power proiect in Huitengxile for an example, three-dimensional finite element model of wind turbine generator foun- dation is establisbed by introducing the non-linear contacts between the stub of tower structure and the foundation con- crete and the conlact between the concrete foundation and subgrade. The mechanical characteristics and contact status of the wind turbine generator foundation are studied under the normal and ultimate working conditions. The analysis result is in accordance wite wind turbine stress structure response and the method is reasonable.
