摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜下治疗孤立肾输尿管结石围术期护理措施。方法选择55例患者,其中观察组25例使用本研究护理干预方法,对照组则仅实施基础护理,会阴抹洗,生命体征监测等常规护理,比较两组患者护理满意度以及发生的并发症情况。结果观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,发生尿道感染和呼吸道感染的比率低于对照组。结论输尿管镜治疗孤立肾风险大,患者要求高,加强护理干预,能有效提高护理满意度,减少术后并发症。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing measures of ureteroscopic for ureteral calculi of solitary renal. Methods 55 cases were choosed, observation group（25 cases） were used the present study methods of nursing intervention,the control group（30 cases） were only used the basic nursing, eg：perineal swabbing, monitoring of vital signs and other conventional nursing,then the nursing satisfaction and the complications occurred were compared in the two groups. Results The observation group satisfaction was higher than control group,occurrence rate of urinary tract infections and respiratory tract infection were lower than control group. Conclusion Ureteroscopic for ureteral calculi of solitary renal has high risk and the patients have high requirements also,so strengthen nursing intervention can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the postoperative complications.
