摘要
目的研究体外冲击波碎石（extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy，ESWL）联合输尿管镜治疗孤立肾上尿路结石的疗效。方法应用ESWL联合输尿管镜治疗孤立肾上尿路结石48例。结果45例成功处理结石，成功率达93．8％，另外3例改开放手术。术后随访1～12个月，4例有结石残留。结石排净率达91．1％，均未出现输尿管梗阻、狭窄、闭锁。结论ESWL联合输尿管镜治疗孤立肾上尿路结石有较好的优势互补性，创伤小，安全，残石率低，恢复快。
Objective To study the curative effect of ureteroscopy in combination with ESWL in the treatment of upper urinary tract stone of solitary kidney. Methods From Jan. 1995 to July 2004, 48 cases of upper urinary tract stones of solitary kidney were treated by combination of ureteroscopy and ESWL. Results The successful rate was 93.8 %. Only 3 cases were shifted to opening-operation. During a follow-up of 1 - 12 months after the operation, the stone clearance rate was 91.1% and no postoperative complications such as urethral obstruction, stricture and（or） atresia occurred. Conclusion Ureteroscopy in combination with ESWL for upper urinary tract stone of solitary kidney has the advantage of complementarity, less damage, safety, speedy recovery, and less complications.
