摘要
探讨医疗工作质量改进问题。该文通过对某医院近五年来统计的几个核心指标来计算综合指数,以便科学、客观、全面地分析和评价某医院医疗工作的整体水平,为医院的经营管理、预测决策提供依据。
To discuss issues concerning improving medical service quality.In this paper,several core indicators of the hospital in the past five years were used to calculate the composite index.By that,the overall level of medical work in the hospital can be analyzed and evaluated in a scientific,objective and comprehensive way.The results provide a basis for hospital management and decision-making.
