摘要
本文探讨了有机肥料中在检测全磷所用到的合理方法。用分光光度法测定只适用于有机肥料中P2O5含量中含量不超过6mg的产品。而目前有些有机质肥添加了无机肥的成分(加入磷酸铵、过磷酸钙等)。而含量超过6mg,再用分光光度法就无法较准确检测其含量,造成结果偏低。而用磷钼酸喹啉重量法,结合分光光度计法中的样品处理步骤,再用37.5%EDTA溶液提取枸溶性磷,使有效五氧化二磷能合理地检测出来。
This essay is mainly concerned about the reasonable method for the determination of P2O5 in organic manure. Spectrophotography is only suitable to test the organic manure which contains less than 6rag P2O5. At present, elements of inorganic fertilizers, such as ammonium phosphate, ordinary superphosphate and so on, are added to the organic manure. If P2O5 in organic manure is more than 6mg, spectrophotography can not test exactly the content of P2O5 and the data is usually lower. To use 37.5%EDTA solution to distill citrate-soluble phosphate by quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric methods combined with sampling procedure of pectrophotography can test the content of P2O5 exactly.
