X荧光光谱法测定有机肥中的金属元素砷、铬、铅

Determination of Metal Elements Arsenic,Chromium,and Lead in Organic Fertilizers by X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy

摘要 为了快速、准确地分析有机肥中砷、铬、铅的含量,更好地为农业土壤污染防治服务,营造一个健康的农业生态环境,保证农产品的安全性。采用X荧光光谱法测定有机肥中的砷、铬、铅,测定结果中砷、铬、铅的精密度(RSD)分别为2.5%~6.2%、2.6%~5.6%、3.4%~7.8%;方法检出限分别为0.5 mg/kg、3.3 mg/kg、Pb为1.8 mg/kg,其满足质量规范要求。与标准NY 525—2021作方法比对,数据一致性好,可靠。充分解决了操作繁琐、测定周期长、精密度差、成本高、污染环境等问题,值得研究借鉴,具有一定的应用推广价值。 In order to quickly and accurately analyze the content of arsenic,chromium,and lead in organic fertilizers,better serve the prevention and control of agricultural soil pollution,create a healthy agricultural ecological environment,and ensure the safety of agricultural products,arsenic,chromium,and lead in organic fertilizers were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.The precision(RSD)of arsenic,chromium,and lead were 2.5%to 6.2%,2.6%to 5.6%,and 3.4%to 7.8%,respectively.The detection limits of the method are 0.5 mg/kg,3.3 mg/kg,and Pb is 1.8 mg/kg,which meet the quality specification requirements.Compared with the standard NY 525-2021 method,the data consistency is good and reliable.It fully solves the problems of cumbersome operation,long measurement cycle,poor precision,high cost,and environmental pollution,and is worthy of research and reference,with certain application and promotion value.
