摘要
该文以兰州市北环路为背景,系统研究了城市道路建设项目的交通影响评价编制办法。通过结合有关的标准规范,从建设方案评价、交通需求预测、影响评价、改善措施及结论和建议等几个方面给出了适合道路建设项目的交通影响评价体系。
Taking the North Ring Road of Lanzhou city as the background,the article systematically studies the method for the traffic impact assessment of the urban road construction project.According to the relative standards,the article gives the proper traffic impact assessment system of road construction project from the aspects of construction scheme assessment,traffic demand forecast,impact assessment,improvement measures,conclusion and suggestions.
