摘要
针对城乡结合部道路具体特点,以及导致城乡结合部交通事故频发的原因,各级主管部门在对治理道路交通安全状况上要形成合力,加大管理力度,为实现道路交通事故从高发到基本遏制直至逐年下降的目标而共同努力。
According to special characters of urban-rural binding regions and reasons of frequent traffic accidents happening in urban-rural binding regions, the competent authorities at various levels should be in a common endeavor for road traffic safety situation treatment and increase further efforts to realize reducing and avoiding traffic accidents in urban-rural binding regions.
