摘要
图书馆联盟成员馆间的动态关系影响着成员馆间知识转移的效果和效率。在构建图书馆联盟成员间动态关系影响知识转移的模型并分析其机理的基础上,探讨了联盟管理能力对成员馆间动态关系与知识转移之间的调节作用,提出了基于图书馆联盟成员馆间动态关系管理的知识转移提升策略。
The library consortium dynamic relationship has an important influence on the efficiency and effects of knowledge transfer. This paper built a model of the influence of library consortium dynamic relationship on knowledge transfer, and analyzed the mechanisms of library consortium dynamic relationship influencing on knowledge transfer. Then, this paper talked about the moderate effect of alliance management capacity on library consortium dynamic relationship and knowledge transfer. At Last, it discussed how to improve knowledge transfer among library consortium based on library consortium dynamic relationship management.
