摘要
本文构建了图书馆知识转移的传播模型和选择模型,分析这两种模型在绩效评价中的重要程度,从而给图书馆知识转移绩效提供一种评价指标,来完善图书馆知识转移绩效的评价指标体系。
The article builds a dissemination model and a selection model on the knowledge transfer of library, and analyses its important degree in performance evaluation. Thus one kind of index system on library knowledge transfer performance in provided to perfect the evaluating index system of library knownledge transfer.
