摘要
目的探讨临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌保乳手术(BCS)的远期疗效。方法随机将45例临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者分为观察组21例和对照组24例。观察组行BCS,对照组行改良根治术,比较术后3年、5年疗效。结果 2组患者术后3年、5年的疗效及5年局部复发情况差异无统计学意义。观察组患者对乳房美观满意度明显高于对照组。结论对于临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者,为保证术后乳房的美学效果,若无禁忌证,可行BCS治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical longterm efficacy for breast conserving surgery （BCS） on breast cancer with clinical I or II phase. Methods 45 cases with breast cancer with clinical I or II phase were divided into the observation group（ n = 21 ） and the control group（ n = 24）. the observation group was cured with BSC and the control group was cured with modified radical mastectomy. The clinical results after three and five years for the both group were analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in clinical efficacy for 3 or 5 years and recurrence for 5 years. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in patients with breast aesthetic satisfaction. Conclusion the breast cancer with clinical I or II phase patients with no contraindications could be cured with BCS for ensuring the the effects of postoperative breast aesthetics.
