HIV新发感染检测方法研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)新发感染率是评价我国艾滋病疫情的总体变化及各人群、各传播途径疫情变化的关键指标。通过新发感染数据,可以有针对性地制定和评价我国艾滋病防治措施。《中国遏制与防治艾滋病“十二五”行动计划》中明确规定“到2015年年底,重点地区和重点人群艾滋病疫情快速上升的势头得到基本遏制,艾滋病新发感染数比2010年减少25%,艾滋病病死率下降30%。
