摘要
目的:研究7种中药鼻吸嗅给药后对中暑大鼠血压的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为8组,第1～7组为7种不同中药给药组,第8组为空白对照组。先用BESN-Ⅱ型多通道尾动脉无创测压系统测定大鼠在室温(25℃左右)下的血压,然后将大鼠放入温度为(42±2)℃的自制高温仓内,30min后测定大鼠的血压,随后第1～7组通过鼻腔给药,给药时间持续5min,然后测定大鼠的血压,观察给药前后不同组别大鼠血压的变化情况并记录。结果:和空白对照组相比,厚朴、白芷、石菖蒲给药后收缩压的数值小于空白对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.01);白芷给药后舒张压的数值小于空白对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:厚朴、白芷、石菖蒲这三味中药在一定程度上可以降低中暑大鼠的血压,具有开发成抗中暑中药新药的前景。
Objective ： Studies on the effects of seven traditional Chinese medicines on blood pressure in heatstroke rat by nose inhalation. Meth^ts：sD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups, 1--7 groups as administered groups for seven different Chinese medicines by nose inhalation, the 8th group was the control group. Administered with vehicle Tail artery first BESN-]ISystem of Multi-channel Tail-artery Blood Pressure Measurement of rats was measured at room temperature（25℃ ）, and then the rats were placed in a temperature of 42 ± 2℃ homemade heat chamber and measured the blood pressure of the rats after 30min, followed by intranasal administration 1-7 groups measured the blood pressure of the rats after administration 5min, observed changes of blood pressure of the rats before and after administration. Resuits：Compared to vehicle control group, the Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis administration group, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae administration group, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii administration group systolic blood pressure is less than the vehicle control group after administration （P 〈0.01）, the Radix Angelicae Dahuricae administration group diastolic blood pressure is less than vehicle control group alter administration （P〈〈0.05）. Conclusion： The three herbs, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii have developed into the possibility of resistance to heat stroke traditional Chinese medicine.
