摘要
以云南蒙自"刀烟"为原料,分析原料常规化学成分,通过蒸馏方法:丙二醇为溶剂,酒精为携带剂,制备精油。对该精油进行理化指标检测,并采用顶空分析方法对该精油进行成分分析。结果表明,该蒸馏方法制备的刀烟精油得率为226%,其致香成分糠醇含量较高。该精油应用于云南某叶组中,能够提升烟气柔和性和细腻度,香气量增加,润感和顺畅感较好。
Using Mengzi Yunnan "Dao tobacco" as the raw material, analyzed the chemical composition of raw materials, prepared the essential oil through the distillation method, with propylene glycol as solvent, alcohol as the carrying solvent. Tested physicochemical indexes of the essential oil, and analyzed the component of the essential oil by headspace analysis method. The results showed that, the yield of the essential oil was 226%; the higher content of aroma components was furfuryl alcohol. Adding the essential oil into some foliage of yunnan could enhance the softness of the flue gas and delicate feeling, increase the aroma quantity, enhance the sense of moist and smooth sense.
