分子蒸馏法精制烟草提取物及其致香成分分析

摘要 以超临界萃取工艺及脱蜡工艺获得的烟叶提取物为原料,通过分子蒸馏法制备具有“清甜香”,“焦甜香”功能的烟草净油组分,研究了分子蒸馏制备烟草净油过程中各个工艺参数对实验结果的影响,并通过GC/MS分析,确定了不同净油功能组分的标志性致香成分及其含量。证明了通过超临界提取法联合分子蒸馏精制,可以有效富集烟叶中的致香成分,提高卷烟抽吸质感,为自主调香提供了核心的烟草净油产品。 In this study,tobacco extract obtained by supercritical extraction and dewaxing process was used as raw material to prepare tobacco pure oil components with the functions of“clearing sweet aroma”and“scorching sweet aroma”by molecular distillation.The influence of various process parameters in the process of preparing tobacco pure oil by molecular distillation on the experimental results was studied,and the characteristic aromatic components and their contents of different functional components of pure oil were determined by GC/MS analysis.It was proved that the supercritical extraction combined with molecular distillation can effectively enrich the aroma-causing components in tobacco leaves,improve the smoking quality of cigarettes,and provide the core tobacco pure oil product for the independent aroma.
