蚕蛹油多不饱和脂肪酸的尿素包合分离研究 被引量:3

Separation of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids from Silkworm Oil with Urea Adduction

摘要 研究了蚕蛹油中多不饱和脂肪酸的尿素包合分离,通过正交试验考察了尿素/脂肪酸的质量比、尿素与乙醇比、包合温度、包合时间等对多不饱和脂肪酸分离效果的影响。结果表明,适宜的尿素包合条件为:m(尿素):m(脂肪)=2:1,m(尿素):V(乙醇)=1:3.2,包合温度5℃,包合时间2 h,在上述条件下多不饱和脂肪酸得率为57.0%,含量由71.0%提高到95.3%。 The urea adduction process of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in silkworm oil was studied. The effects of ration of urea to fatty acid, ration of urea to ethanol, temperature and adduction time on purity and yield of PUFAs were discussed. The results showed that the optimal adduction conditions were obtained with orthogonal experiments: ration of urea to fatty acid was 2 : 1 (m/m), ration of urea to ethanol was 1 : 3.2 (m/V), adduction temperature was 5 ~C, adduction time was 2 h, and the yield of PUFAs was 57.0%, and the content of PUFAs could be raised from 71.0% to 95.3% under adduction conditions mentioned above.
