摘要 采用溶剂浸提法研究了从新鲜蚕蛹中制备蛹油的工艺。首先采用丙酮、乙醚、石油醚、乙醇、正己烷等五种有机溶剂对提取溶剂进行了研究,发现正己烷为最佳浸提溶剂。研究采用单因素试验分别考查了溶剂用量,浸提时间,浸提温度和振荡速度等因素对制备效果的影响,并采用正交实验法优化提取工艺,得到最适合工艺条件为:溶剂用量为4mL/g,浸出时间为30min,浸出温度38℃,振荡速度80r/min。在优化条件下,取得了较好的提取效果,蚕蛹的出油率为94.78%。 The technology of the pupa oil extraction from silkworm chrysalis was studied with soak extraction method. Five different organic solvents were used, including acetone, aether, petroleum ether, ethanol and n-hexane, n-hexane was found to be the best solvent for the pupa oil extraction. Then solvent volume, extracting time, extracting temperature and shaking speed were studied respectively. The best conditions for extraction were optimized by orthogonal experimental design. We can get a high extraction rate of 94.78 % when extract with 4 mL/g n-hexane under 38 ℃ and 80 r/ min shaking for 30 min.
