摘要
蚕蛹含有丰富的蛋白质，且含人体所必需的各种氨基酸。本文对蚕蛹蛋白的提取方法以及酶水解蛹蛋白的影响因素、利用水解蛋白配制营养口服液等方面进行探索。
Silk cocoon contains sourceful protein and all kinds of amino acid whichthe human body needs. The essay is a study of the methods of extraction of silk cocoonprotein,the influential elements about hydrolysis of silk cocoon protein by enzymes,com-pounding nutritious oral liquid by using hydrolysis of protein.
