摘要
目的 为充分利用玉米须蚕茧资源,研究提取玉米须蚕茧总皂苷的最佳工艺条件.方法 选用提取时间、提取次数、提取温度和加水倍数作为考查因素,采用纯物理的工艺流程从玉米须中提取总皂苷,通过正交试验,筛选玉米须蚕茧总皂苷的提取工艺条件.结果 玉米须蚕茧总皂苷提取最佳条件为乙醇浓度70%,料液比为1:20,60℃回流提取1.5h.结论 可以通过正交试验优化提取玉米须总皂苷的最佳工艺条件.
Objective In order to make use of the resources of stigma maydis and silk cocoon, the optimum preparation proeedure for extracting saponin from stigma maydis and silk cocoon is studied. Methods Selecting extraction degree, extraction time ,water multiple ,and temperature as factors ,the saponin is extracted from stigma maydis and silk cocoon by using purely physical process. The optimum preparation procedure for extracting saponin from stigma maydis and silk cocoon is chosen by orthogonal design. Results The optimum condition of saponin extracted from stigma maydis and silk cocoon is 70% ethanol ,60 ℃, 1.5 h for each time, solid-liquid rate 1:20. Conclusion We can obtain the optimum preparation procedure for extracting saponin from stigma maydis and silk cocoon by orthogonal examination.
