摘要
气机郁滞、宣降失常为肺系疾病的基本病机特点,其治疗原则当"以通为用",内容包括通利肺气,通泻肺腑,通调枢机,通达肺窍,通透腠理,通畅肺络,通利血脉,通调水道等。治肺以通为用既符合肺脏的生理病理特点,又能切中肺系疾患发病的关键环节,不失为治疗肺系疾病的一种重要治法及思路。
The stagnation of Qi movement and disorder of diffusing and down-sending of lung qi is the basic pathological features of pulmonary diseases. The therapeutic principle should be applying unblocking therapy, including unblocking lung qi, purging lung, regulating pivot, dispersing lung orifice, clearing interstices, freeing lung collaterals, promoting blood circulation and draining waterways. The unblocking therapy is an important one for pulmonary diseases, which not only fits the physical and pathological features of lung, but also hits the key of pulmonary diseases.
