摘要
针对特发性肺纤维化急性期(AEIPF)素体阳虚,复感于寒,内外合邪,导致肺络的功能失调和结构受损,出现肺中虚冷的一系列临床证候,内外之寒凝于肺络则形成'肺寒络凝'发病机制,故此文章在对IPF基本病机'肺虚络瘀'的基础上,对AEIPF'肺寒络凝'发病机制作以阐微。
For acute stage of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(AEIPE)of ferrite were complex in the sense of cold evil,because of cold stagnation contractio,from the nose and mouth lung,lung collaterals are condensed on the formation of the pathogenesis of pulmonary collaterals in cold coagulation,tutor on the basis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis basic pathogenesis on the AEIPF of’lung cold collaterals’pathogenesis to elucidation.
